A. Have a pet Vaccine Record Book or Vaccine Record Sheet. These can be found at your Veterinarian’s office or local Pet Store.
B. Read the directions on the bag that the vaccines come in.
C. Peel each label off of each bottle and put the label in your pet’s Vaccine Record Book or Vaccine Record Sheet.
D. Date and initial each time you vaccinate.
E. Optional: Some Veterinarian’s, Groomer’s, Kennel’s require that the vaccines were seen given by another party. It is always best to have a friend or family member initial as verification that the vaccines were given.
